ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support Human Resources Team
Perform general clerical duties, mainly filing and fielding telephone calls
Communicate via phone, e-mail and through written correspondence
Provide stellar customer service to employees and public.
Help prepare employee packets; copies, scans, prints and files documents as necessary.
Retain a filing system for Human Resources and certification documents
Maintain Company social media presence and profiles
Work as part of the team to ensure that HR Teams policies & practices are practiced and enforced.
Performs other job related duties as may be assigned by designated and/or authorized staff.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident interpersonal skills, able to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with others, ability to interact appropriately with others in various contexts and purposes
Must be able to practice confidentiality in all matters.
Have effective time management and organizational skills, to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate, and perform with frequent interruptions and/or distractions.
Can perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another, in a job that may require significant differences in technology, techniques, or work situations.
Able to follow instructions and work independently
Thorough knowledge of computer software programs needed to complete job tasks
Working knowledge of office machines. (Fax, Printers, Copiers, etc.)
Willingness to adapt & grow
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Ability to use computer keyboard, standard telephone and other related business equipment
Ability to lift files, open file cabinets, bend, stoop, reach, and stand as necessary
Experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
